Staff
Dr. Judith Snow joined the center in 1987 with a background in
plant breeding and experience in international agriculture, including four years at the
Rockefeller Foundation. As Associate Director for Program Development, her
responsibilities include planning of research and training programs, faculty and staff
recruiting, development of externally funded research programs, liaison with sponsors, and
reporting to sponsoring agencies.

Mr. Roger Grillo, MBA Finance, joined the center in 1990. As Associate Director
for Administration and Finance, he brings considerable grant and financial experience to
Biotech,
having directed financial operations at other advanced technology centers within Rutgers
University since 1985. His responsibilities include fiscal planning, budget management,
facilities management, policy development and implementation, and oversight of the
Center's business office.

Ms. Wendy O'Reilly, Administrative Assistant to the Director, joined
the Center in 2003. Her responsibilities include providing confidential
administrative support, handling Center personnel matters, and managing secretarial
support staff and office services.

Diana Bednarczyk, Administrative Assistant to Lily Young,
Professor II, Associate Dean of Graduate Program at Cook College and Chair of
Environment Science and lab group support. She joined Dr. Young and the
Center in 1992.
