Every purchase affects and should be influenced by a range of people in an organization, including: purchasing agents; those who use products or services; those who make financial and environmental policy; facilities and maintenance personnel; environmental, health and safety staff(EHS); and manufacturers- all of whom have a different point of view. It requires teamwork and empathy- the ability to put oneself in another's place- to practice EPP.
