QVT help

 

Issue: My QVT screen dimensions change while in FACS and my screen does not resize properly.

Solution: Go to "Default Settings" under the SETUP menu:

Now,change your font from DEC FIXED to DEC SCALABLE, size 14. Next, change your Emulation to VT102. Make sure the Column Mode is set to 80 and change the Display Mode to SCREEN. Finally, change your Window Size to FIXED and the Resize Action to FONT, so that your settings appear the same as the following screenshot. If you wish to have your telnet close automatically when you log off, make sure there is a checkmark next to AUTOCLOSE:

Next, click the tab at the top which says SERIAL PORT, which should bring up the following screen. Change the BAUD RATE to 9600 and the FLOW CONTROL to XON/XOFF.

After making these changes, press ok, which will close the DEFAULT SETTINGS window.

Finally, close and restart your QVT program. The changes will take effect when you restart the program.
